Ramada by Wyndham Abu Dhabi Corniche is looking for a skilled Commis II – Tandoor to support safe, consistent tandoor production and ensure approved Indian dishes are cooked to perfection.

Your Role

• Prepare assigned tandoor mise en place, marinades, breads, and recipes
• Monitor preparation, cooking, and holding quality
• Maintain storage, labelling, FIFO, hygiene, and allergen awareness
• Keep restaurant and event service supplied with timely preparation
• Maintain a clean, safe station and complete closing duties

What You Bring

• Experience assisting in an Indian, tandoor, or high-volume kitchen
• HACCP training and knowledge of safe hygiene and food-storage controls
• Ability to follow recipes, directions, and kitchen safety requirements
• Reliable teamwork under service pressure
