Novel Hotel City Center is looking for a Reservation Agent to join our team and contribute to delivering excellent guest service while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle room reservation inquiries through telephone, email, online channels, and booking platforms
• Process individual, corporate, and group room reservations accurately
• Monitor room availability, rates, cancellations, amendments, and no-shows
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue departments

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel reservations (UAE or hotel experience preferred)
• Good knowledge of hotel reservation procedures and PMS systems like Opera
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and English language skills
