Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete procurement cycle from Material/Service Requisition to PO, delivery and payment coordination.
• Source and evaluate materials, equipment, services, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain the Approved Vendor/Supplier List.
• Evaluate quotations in coordination with Engineering, QA/QC and Project Management.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties and commercial conditions.

Role Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant procurement experience in road infrastructure/civil construction projects.
• UAE construction procurement experience preferred.
• Strong supplier sourcing and negotiation skills.
