Coveter is looking for an experienced Accountant to join our manufacturing team in the UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity for finance professionals seeking stable employment in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform job-order costing, material allocation, and direct labour and overhead tracking for custom projects.
• Process supplier invoices, customer billing, and account reconciliations.
• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger entries.
• Handle UAE VAT filings, regulatory compliance, and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing periodic financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Experience in furniture manufacturing, carpentry, or upholstery is preferred.
• Practical experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP system.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.

• Competitive salary: AED 3,500 – AED 4,500 per month (commensurate with experience)
