TAD Logistics Group (3PL warehousing and shipping) is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant to join their team in JAFZA, Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time, and support month-end closing
- Post customer receipts promptly, apply them to correct invoices, and reconcile customer accounts
- Follow up with customers on outstanding balances, resolve billing disputes, and maintain relationships
- Prepare daily collection updates and weekly/monthly AR ageing and collection reports
- Work with operations, sales, and customers on invoice queries and credit notes
- Visit customers for collections and account reviews about one week per month
Requirements & What We Offer
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce or Finance with 2-3 years of AR experience
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and good MS Excel skills
- Salary Range: AED 5K – 6K with Insurance, Visa and Company transport provided
