Job Specifications:
Woodlem Schools is seeking a highly organized and experienced School Administrator to manage all administrative tasks within the school. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in school administration and possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily administrative operations of the school.
Coordinate and ensure the smooth execution of school events and activities.
Manage school records, including student and staff files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle communication with parents, students, and staff, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with school regulations and policies.
Provide support in budgeting, finance management, and resource allocation.
Maintain a safe and welcoming school environment.
Assist in staff recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and the school management to support the school’s mission and goals.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as a School Administrator, preferably with 10 – 13 years in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Outstanding organizational ability and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
Proficiency in using office software and school management systems.
