Al Jazeera International Catering (JIC) is looking for an experienced HR Officer to join their team in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience required in the UAE
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees
• Visa Process: Monitor visa processes for onboarding, renewal, and cancellation
• Payroll & Attendance: Coordinate with accounts team for payroll and verify attendance timesheets daily
• Training & Development: Manage and schedule employee training programs
• Staff Welfare: Support staff welfare activities for a positive work environment
• Manpower & Leave Planning: Handle manpower planning and employee leave schedules
• Employee Attrition & Retention: Monitor attrition and implement effective retention strategies
