Al Raha Beach Hotel Hiring ABU DHABI Telephone Operator Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Telephone Operator Supervisor locally available to join immediately our fabulous Front Office team at Al Raha Beach Hotel Abu Dhabi.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible to run effectively the switchboard and supervise the operators ensuring incoming calls are given the highest possible service.
• Ensure that every call is attended and greeted politely in a professional manner as per hotel standard.
• Ensure all wake up calls are made at the correct time, according to the hotel standard.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
