Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the HR Department.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
• Support payroll preparation and coordinate with Finance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hotel industry HR experience.
• Good knowledge of UAE labour laws and visa processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
