We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Landscape & Swimming Pool to lead the execution and delivery of landscaping and swimming pool construction projects across our developments in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end landscape and swimming pool construction projects from mobilization to handover
• Review and interpret landscape and pool design drawings, BOQs, and specifications prior to execution
• Oversee site mobilization, material approvals, and quality control during construction
• Manage snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover of completed works

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in landscape and swimming pool project execution/construction (min. 5 years in UAE)
• Proven experience delivering large-scale residential, hospitality, or commercial landscape and pool construction projects
