45 Cafe is looking for energetic and experienced hospitality professionals to join the 45 Bistro team at Bluewaters Island, Dubai. If you have a passion for crafting exceptional beverages and delivering top-notch guest service, this opportunity is for you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare espresso-based and specialty coffee with proper calibration, milk texturing, and latte art.
  • Mix classic and signature cocktails using strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and ingredients.
  • Maintain consistent beverage taste, quality, and presentation while providing friendly communication.
  • Manage bar setup, stock control, and responsible service standards.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in coffee preparation or mixology.
  • Strong English communication skills and a well-presented, energetic demeanor.
  • UAE experience preferred; international candidates ready to relocate are welcome.
