Computer Network Systems (CNS) is looking for an experienced BIM MEP Coordinator with strong substation project experience to join an ongoing project in the UAE. This is a great opportunity for engineering professionals seeking exciting BIM MEP Coordinator jobs in the region.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate multidisciplinary MEP BIM models for substation and infrastructure projects
- Perform clash detection, coordination and resolution using Navisworks
- Develop, review and coordinate Revit MEP models
- Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing services with architectural and structural models
- Review shop drawings, coordinated drawings and BIM deliverables
- Identify and resolve design/coordination issues with engineering and project teams
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and ensure timely closure of clashes
- Maintain model quality in line with project BIM standards and requirements
Requirements
- 4+ years of BIM/MEP experience
- Proven experience working on Substation Projects – Mandatory
- UAE project experience – Mandatory
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Revit MEP & Navisworks
- Experience in clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination
- Good understanding of MEP services and their interfaces
- Ability to read and interpret MEP, architectural and structural drawings
- Knowledge of BIM workflows and LOD requirements
- Currently available in the UAE
- Immediate joiners preferred
