A well-established multi-brand automotive service center in Dubai is hiring a Business Development Manager specializing in vehicle maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, body & paint, and fleet servicing.

Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000/month

Role Overview:

Focuses on expanding fleet, insurance, leasing, and corporate service accounts across the UAE.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of UAE Business Development / B2B Sales experience in an auto garage, automotive service center, dealership aftersales, or fleet maintenance company
• Proven experience bringing corporate, fleet, insurance, or leasing clients
• Strong UAE network and ability to generate new business opportunities
• Experience preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
