Falcon Lab is seeking a dedicated Buyer / Purchase Executive to join the procurement department and support ongoing construction and engineering operations across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Source materials and suppliers while evaluating price, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Obtain, compare quotations, and negotiate favorable terms with vendors.
• Prepare Purchase Orders and monitor material requirements for timely delivery.
• Coordinate seamlessly with warehouse, accounting, and project teams.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Business.
• 1 to 3 years of purchasing experience within construction or engineering.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and procurement ERP software.
• Immediate joiners with UAE experience will receive hiring priority.
