Location: Dubai
We are looking for an experienced CAD MEP Coordinator to join our team and support MEP coordination and drawing activities for major construction projects in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate detailed MEP shop drawings and coordination drawings.
- Coordinate HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical and ELV services with architectural and structural drawings.
- Identify and resolve clashes between MEP services and other disciplines.
- Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.
- Review drawings for accuracy, constructability and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, BIM teams, consultants and site teams.
- Ensure drawings comply with relevant UAE standards and authority requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant MEP coordination experience.
- UAE/GCC project experience mandatory. Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
- Advanced AutoCAD skills; Revit/Navisworks knowledge is an advantage.
