Call Center Agent
Hiring Immediately – Call Center Agent
Responsibilities
· Answer calls and respond to emails
· Provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
· Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
· Follow up customer calls where necessary
· De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
· Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
· identify and escalate priority issues
· research required information using available resources
· Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies
Qualification
· Any Degree/ Diploma with 3-4 years of Experience in relevant field.
· Strong communication, both written and verbal
· Great active listening skills
· Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
· A patient and empathetic attitude
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· Adaptability and flexibility
· Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
· Ability to speak multiple languages (Arabic/ English, Urdu/ English, Tagalog/ English)
