Skyline Contracting Co. LLC is seeking an experienced and responsible Camp Boss to oversee camp operations across Dubai, Fujairah, and Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee camp operations and manage camp staff efficiently.
• Ensure discipline, compliance, and promote safety and well-being.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and coordinate maintenance and facility needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Camp Boss.
• Experience in managing labour accommodation and camp operations.
• Ability to maintain staff records, attendance, room allocation, and camp discipline.
• Coordinate with HR, site teams, transport, and management.
• Good communication, organizational skills, and UAE experience preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
