Fatorah Insurance Claims Settlement L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Case Manager with a strong clinical background to join their RCM Operations team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation from admission through discharge
• Identify documentation gaps affecting approvals and coding
• Coordinate with Pre-Approval, Clinical, Coding, and Billing teams
• Prepare medical justifications for rejected or extended approvals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, or Healthcare Administration
• Doctors or Physicians with MBBS, MD strongly preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Case Management or RCM
• Strong knowledge of UAE medical insurance and payer guidelines
