Gates Hospitality, a leading hospitality group in the UAE, is currently looking for a talented Chef De Partie – Pastry to join our culinary team in Abu Dhabi. Immediate joiners preferred for this full-time role with negotiable salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the pastry section and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare, produce and present high-quality pastries, desserts and baked goods.
- Develop and create new pastry concepts and seasonal menus.
- Demonstrate advanced skills in bespoke cake decoration and structural 3D dessert designs.
- Maintain highest standards of quality, food safety and hygiene.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar pastry role within a high-volume or premium kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of classical pastry and bakery techniques with modern artistic skills.
- Excellent eye for detail, creativity and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
