Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and marinate chicken and meat shawarma according to recipes and quality standards.
• Safely operate shawarma machines, monitoring cooking temperature and doneness.
• Slice shawarma professionally with precise portion control for sandwiches and plates.
• Maintain consistent taste, food safety, hygiene, and station cleanliness during peak hours.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a Shawarma Chef or Maker (5 years required).
• Fast, clean, and organized work habits with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
