Key Requirements

• Proven professional chef experience with mandatory expertise in international cuisines.
• Background in VIP service, luxury hotels, fine dining, private households, or high-end catering.
• Experience preparing customized meals for dietary requirements, allergies, and restrictions.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP principles.
• Must be comfortable working in a hospital environment following infection-control procedures.
