European Bakery – Abdulwahed Bin Shabib Group is looking for talented and passionate individuals to join their team. They have open positions for a Chocolatier and a Sandwich Maker.

Chocolatier Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and decorate chocolates, pralines, truffles, and other chocolate products.
• Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Develop and maintain consistent recipes and production standards.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of chocolate and ingredients.
• Work efficiently as part of the bakery and pastry team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chocolatier or in chocolate production.
• Good knowledge of chocolate tempering, molding, and decoration techniques.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for quality.

Sandwich Maker Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh sandwiches, wraps, and related bakery items.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and food-safety standards at all times.
• Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sandwich preparation, bakery, café, or food production is preferred.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
