XAD GROUP OF COMPANIES is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to oversee construction site activities in the UAE. Take charge of workforce management and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise masons, steel fixers, carpenters, and general laborers on site.
• Execute and monitor blockwork, plastering, concrete, formwork, and reinforcement works.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor workforce productivity and progress.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, quality standards, and UAE HSE requirements.
• Monitor material availability, minimize wastage, maintain site housekeeping, and report daily progress.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of building construction experience.
• UAE or GCC Civil Foreman experience preferred.
• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction methods and drawings.
• Experience in blockwork, plastering, concrete, and formwork.
• Ability to manage manpower and site activities.
• Knowledge of UAE safety standards with good leadership and communication skills.
