NCO – National Consulting Office for Engineering is seeking a qualified site inspector for Civil Inspector jobs in Abu Dhabi to work on an active waterworks infrastructure project in the Emirate.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections of civil and waterworks activities (earthworks, excavation, concrete, pipelines, road works, drainage)
• Witness field testing including compaction, concrete cube, slump, and pressure tests
• Raise non-conformance reports (NCRs) and monitor close-out actions
• Prepare HSE observation reports and daily inspection logs
• Verify on-site material deliveries against approved technical submittals
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and third-party laboratories at inspection and test plan (ITP) hold points

Requirements

• BSc or Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years of civil inspection experience
• Strong background in infrastructure water works, pipeline laying & testing, and fire hydrants
• Familiarity with TAQA, BS, ASTM, and AASHTO standards
• ACI, CIOB, or equivalent certification is an added plus
