Key Responsibilities

• Supervise construction works for villa projects at site, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and clients

• Handle site related issues and ensure proper implementation of solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 3+ years of site supervision experience in villa projects
• Knowledge of Dubai construction regulations and standards
• UAE driving license is a must
• Knowledge in DM portals for Periodical Inspection and Reports
