We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Client Servicing Executive to join our team in Sharjah.
Job Responsibilities
- Process visa applications through the ICA system
- Review documents and follow up on pending applications
- Respond to client inquiries and coordinate service delivery
- Maintain reports, ERP records, and documentation
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
- 1-3 years of experience in visa services or UAE immigration
- University degree in a relevant field
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
