Location: UAE

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join our growing team in the UAE construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial and contractual activities across construction projects.
• Manage cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Oversee contract administration, claims, variations, and final accounts.
• Ensure compliance with FIDIC and contractual obligations.
• Work closely with project, procurement, and finance teams to maximize project profitability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 15+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, cost management, claims, and commercial operations.
• UAE/GCC construction experience is mandatory.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
