Al Khoory Hotels in Dubai is looking for a motivated, passionate, and hardworking Commis 1 to join our Culinary Team and support daily kitchen operations.

Requirements

• Assist the Chef de Partie and culinary team in daily kitchen operations
• Prepare ingredients and dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation procedures
• Previous experience as a Commis 1 in a hotel (Multi-cuisine kitchen experience highly preferred)
• Good knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation
• Strong team player with a positive, hardworking attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred
