Requirements:-
· Candidate must have previous experience in similar role in reputed 4/5 star Hotel
· Hospitality Degree / Diploma
· Good Communication Skill in English
· Guest Services and Customer Service skills
· Ability to work effectively in a team
· Attention to detail and organizational skills
· Strong Knowledge of HCCAP Formalities
