Al Fan Emirates Trading LLC is expanding! We’re on the lookout for an experienced, results-driven Store Manager to lead one of our retail outlets across the UAE.

📍 Locations: Sharjah | Dubai | Fujairah | Abu Dhabi | Ajman | Al Ain
Salary: AED 7,500 – AED 9,000 (based on experience)
Preferred : Male Candidate

🎯 What You’ll Do:
✅ Manage day-to-day store operations
✅ Lead, coach & motivate your team to hit sales targets
✅ Deliver an outstanding customer experience
✅ Track sales performance & prepare reports
✅ Handle inventory, stock control & merchandising
✅ Maintain visual merchandising standards
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies
✅ Coordinate with Head Office on operational needs

✔️ What We’re Looking For:
🔹 2–3 years’ experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager — fashion retail experience preferred
🔹 Strong leadership & team management skills
🔹 Excellent communication skills
🔹 Solid understanding of inventory & retail operations
🔹 Proficiency in MS Office & POS/Retail Management Systems
🔹 Bachelor’s degree preferred
