Position: QA/QC Manager – Modular Bathrooms

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for the Modular Bathroom Manufacturing Facility.
Establish QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, quality standards, and testing protocols throughout the manufacturing process.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable international standards, and regulatory requirements.
Lead incoming material inspections, in-process quality control, final product inspections, and pre-dispatch quality checks.
Monitor production activities to identify quality deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Manage quality documentation, inspection reports, NCRs, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Project Teams to ensure quality objectives are consistently achieved.
Lead internal quality audits and support external client, consultant, and certification audits.
Train and mentor QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and production personnel on quality standards and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma principles, and quality performance metrics.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
8–12 years of QA/QC experience, with at least 5 years in Modular Construction, Modular Bathrooms, Pods Manufacturing, or Off-site Construction.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and international QA/QC standards.
Experience in factory manufacturing, prefabrication, modular fit-out, or bathroom pod production is highly preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing multidisciplinary QA/QC teams within a manufacturing environment.
