Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day civil construction activities across the project site.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth site execution.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and site resources against approved schedules.
• Ensure construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, HSE, and other project functions to support timely project delivery.
• Identify site constraints, resolve execution issues, and support corrective or recovery actions where required.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction requirements, project procedures, and HSE standards.

Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience.
• Relevant high-rise residential building project experience in the UAE is mandatory.
