We are urgently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Cost Controller to join our growing Food & Beverage group in Dubai. Immediate joiners currently in the UAE are prioritized.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly F&B costs.
- Conduct inventory audits and stock reconciliations.
- Analyze actual versus theoretical food costs.
- Monitor wastage, consumption, and cost variances.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cost Controller in F&B or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of food costing and inventory management.
- Proficient in MS Excel and POS or ERP systems.
- Tagalog speakers preferred.
