Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs.
- Conduct inventory audits, stock reconciliation, and variance analysis.
- Analyze food costs, wastage, and profitability.
- Prepare cost reports and recommend cost-saving strategies.
- Coordinate with kitchen, procurement, and finance teams.
- Ensure accurate recipe costing and menu profitability analysis.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cost Controller in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, food costing, and stock control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and POS/inventory systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience managing costs across multiple F&B outlets is an advantage.
