A detail-oriented Cost Controller who thrives in Dubai’s vibrant hospitality scene to join our high-energy team at Rise Hospitality – the creative force behind iconic venues!
✔ Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze F&B costs, inventory, and procurement
- Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality
- Prepare financial reports and KPIs for management
- Conduct regular audits and spot-checks
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams on waste reduction
✅ You’ll Be a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- 3+ years cost control experience in hospitality/F&B
- Strong analytical skills with Excel/accounting software proficiency
- Knowledge of F&B inventory systems (e.g., MICROS, POS)
- Passion for Dubai’s dynamic food & beverage industry
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
