• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bar Supervisor in Dubai
• Expertise in non-alcoholic mixology, modern trends, and Turkish-inspired flavors
• Ability to design a bold, photo-worthy drink menu from scratch
• Strong skills in costing, inventory management, and supplier coordination
• A trendsetter with an eye for detail and creativity
• Available to start immediately
