Job Responsibilities & Positions

• Head Pastry Chef: Minimum 5 years’ luxury or fine-dining experience. Lead the pastry section, develop refined Italian-inspired desserts, and oversee production, costing, inventory, presentation and HACCP compliance. Strong expertise in cakes, tarts, entremets, plated desserts, chocolate and gelato is essential.
• Junior Sous Chef: Minimum 4 years’ fine-dining or luxury-hospitality experience, including strong Italian cuisine expertise. Demonstrate leadership, mentoring ability, precision and consistency under pressure.
