Job Responsibilities

  • Process orders and coordinate with Production, Dispatch, QA, and Sales teams.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
  • Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer requests.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and administrative documentation.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly while supporting daily sales operations.

Requirements
