We’re seeking a Data & Insight Consultant to transform raw data into actionable business intelligence. You’ll be the bridge between technical data systems and business stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making across marketing, CRM, and analytics teams.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data insight reports and dashboards
• Analyze campaign engagement data to measure performance
• Develop ETL jobs and optimize data pipelines
• Collaborate with CRM/business teams to deliver segmentation-ready data
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for non-technical users
• Manage reporting pipelines and stakeholder expectations

🎯 Requirements

Technical Skills

✔ 5+ years in data warehousing and SQL (complex query optimization)
✔ Expertise in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikSense, Adobe Analytics)
✔ Strong ETL development experience (large-scale projects)
✔ Advanced data modeling & customer data management
✔ Ability to troubleshoot SQL/performance issues

Education
