Firstbox Delivery is seeking an experienced Delivery Coordinator to join operations in Dubai, UAE. This is an immediate joining opportunity specifically for candidates with background in the Talabat platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily rider operations on the Talabat platform, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery performance while meeting productivity targets.
- Monitor and control Rider Late Login to ensure riders follow their assigned login schedules and minimize operational impact.
- Monitor and improve Rider Acceptance Rate, identify performance gaps, and take immediate corrective action.
- Control Rider Retention & Churn by actively following up with riders, addressing concerns, resolving operational issues, and reducing unnecessary rider attrition.
- Monitor key KPIs including Acceptance Rate, Late Login, OTP, Rider Utilization, and Attendance.
- Manage rider onboarding/offboarding, training, attendance, and shift/roster planning.
- Handle rider issues, escalations, and performance gaps through regular follow-ups and improvement plans.
- Coordinate fleet allocation and work closely with the Talabat and Operations teams to achieve daily performance targets.
- Prepare performance reports and take corrective action to reduce cancellations, delays, and operational losses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Talabat requirements, and safety standards.
