Key Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in highway / roads design
- Highway geometric design & Civil 3D / AutoCAD proficiency
- Proven client-facing project leadership in GCC
- Road Safety Audit (RSA) & design standards experience
- Strong coordination across multidisciplinary design teams
