Job Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings, layouts, and sections.
- Coordinate drawings with architectural and structural disciplines.
- Revise drawings based on engineering and site comments.
- Prepare as-built drawings and project documentation.
- Develop and maintain coordinated MEP BIM models.
- Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant MEP drafting or BIM modeling experience.
- Strong AutoCAD and technical drawing skills.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD for modelers.
