Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the labour accommodation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour accommodation, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, security, and catering services.
- Allocate rooms and maintain accommodation records.
- Handle employee grievances and coordinate with the HR department.
- Maintain discipline and ensure smooth camp operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in labour camp management.
- Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Position 2: Camp Administrator (1 Vacancy)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accommodation records and occupancy reports.
- Coordinate employee check-in/check-out and room allocation.
- Prepare daily and monthly camp reports.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and inventory management.
- Support HR with accommodation-related documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in camp administration.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.

Job Position – Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – Pure Water Technology
Hiring a skilled and experienced Tender / Pre-Contracts to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and project budgets.
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Prepare tender documentation and manage the tendering process.
- Prepare and issue RFQs based on approved BOQs.
- Evaluate supplier and contractor quotations and prepare tender evaluation reports.
- Support procurement and pre-contract commercial activities.
- Monitor project costs against budgets during the design development stage.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Identify value engineering opportunities and cost optimization solutions.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on pre-contract and tendering.
- Proven experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and tender management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PlanSwift, or other Quantity Surveying software.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in infrastructure projects.
- Previous experience in Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) projects.
