HR Executive (Female) – DRAIPL | Dubai & Abu Dhabi

DRAIPL is hiring two HR Executives (Female candidates) to join our HR team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Candidates currently on Spouse Visa will be given preference.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment coordination & onboarding
• HR operations and documentation
• Payroll and attendance support
• UAE visa process coordination
• HRMS management
• Employee relations support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 2–5 years of HR experience (UAE preferred)
• Must be on Spouse Visa
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Fluency in Hindi and English
• Experience in Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, or EPC projects is preferred
