HR Executive (Female) – DRAIPL | Dubai & Abu Dhabi
DRAIPL is hiring two HR Executives (Female candidates) to join our HR team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Candidates currently on Spouse Visa will be given preference.

🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment coordination & onboarding
- HR operations and documentation
- Payroll and attendance support
- UAE visa process coordination
- HRMS management
- Employee relations support
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 2–5 years of HR experience (UAE preferred)
- Must be on Spouse Visa
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Fluency in Hindi and English
- Experience in Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, or EPC projects is preferred
