Job Description:
As the Marketing Manager at Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our resort and spa services. You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, attract new guests, and retain existing customers.
· Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and events, to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
· Manage the resort’s online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and online advertising campaigns, to enhance visibility and engagement.
· Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral, sales materials, and promotional offers to support sales efforts and drive bookings.
· Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing initiatives effectively and within budget.
· Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate effectiveness and optimize strategies.
· Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the resort’s brand values and positioning.
· Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing efforts and stay ahead of the competition.
Job Specifications:
· Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
· 7-10 years of proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the hospitality industry, with a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and achieving business objectives.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
· Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
