Duty Manager (Front Office)

POSITION PURPOSE:

• To lead the night shifts and 24h dept.
• To act as 1st point of contact for escalated complaints and operational challenges.
• To assist ROM in all operations, quality assurance, costs, and productivity.
• To ensure the professional and effective running of the day-to-day Reception operation 24/7, in accordance with all procedures
• At least 2 years of experience within the hospitality industry in a supervisory position in the Front Office.
• Preferably with 5-star hotel experience and who is locally available in UAE.
