We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Experience Officer to lead our showroom customer experience and reception operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred
• Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years experience in customer experience, hospitality, retail, or showroom operations
• Proven experience managing and leading a customer-facing team
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience in the automotive or luxury retail industry is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach the Reception and Customer Experience team.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and hospitality standards.
• Manage customer flow, walk-in allocation, and waiting times.
• Monitor showroom presentation, cleanliness, and staff grooming.
• Maintain customer records and support attendance scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
• Collaborate with Sales and other departments to deliver an outstanding customer journey.
