We are hiring an End User Support Engineer for a 12-month extendable contract in Abu Dhabi. The role will provide first-level technical support to end users across Windows and Mac environments, ensuring timely resolution of day-to-day IT issues.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in an IT service desk, desktop support, or end-user support role.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with Windows and macOS devices.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune.
• Familiarity with Jamf MDM for Mac device management is an advantage.
