Expanding IT Operations team hiring 20 End User Support Engineers to support healthcare environments serving 20 hospitals & clinics across the UAE.

Job Details:

• Location: Dubai & Healthcare Facilities Across UAE
• Salary: Up to AED 5,000/month
• Notice Period: Maximum 30 Days

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals
• Resolve hardware, software, Windows/macOS, LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN issues
• Deploy and image devices, configure enterprise applications, and support end users
• Manage Active Directory accounts, MFA, endpoint security, and IT assets
• Handle ITSM tickets while maintaining SLA compliance
• Provide support in a dynamic 24×7 healthcare environment

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of Desktop/End User Support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and ITSM tools
• Experience with Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple devices, Microsoft Office, and enterprise applications
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
• MCSE, MCITP, or ITIL certifications are a plus
