Job Overview

TELAL is inviting experienced professionals to join its commercial team as an Estimation & Tendering Manager for major construction and infrastructure projects across the United Arab Emirates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12–18 years of experience in estimation, tendering, commercial pricing, or pre-contract management in construction, infrastructure, EPC, civil, MEP, or oil & gas-related works.
• Strong UAE construction industry experience is highly preferred for candidates applying for estimation manager jobs in UAE.
• Good understanding of BOQ pricing, construction methodology, productivity, preliminaries, subcontractor pricing, commercial conditions, contract terms, and tender submission procedures.
• Proven experience in managing tender teams and coordinating with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, estimation software, ERP systems, and comprehensive tender documentation.
